Contact us at info@hmnalns.com prior to you shipping your return/exchange with your name and order number. Failure to contact us before you ship your return will forfeit your exchange and refund rights.

Items can only be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order and item must be returned in new condition. Items returned not in new condition will be returned back to the customer and postage paid by customer. Shipping fees are not refunded.

A 5% Restock Fee will be applied to any orders returned for a refund. You may request store credit to avoid this fee. Any purchases using store credit, may still be returned or exchanged, but will remain in the form of store credit.

 

Swimwear is non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Pre-order items may be exchanged or refunded only after your item has been shipped and received by you. You may not receive a refund or exchange a pre-order item before your item arrives to you.

Sale items, VAULT items and coupon code items are finale sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds may take up to 5 days for us to process once we have received your return. Refunds appearing back into your account will vary according to your bank. Customer covers all return postage.
