Contact us at info@hmnalns.com prior to you shipping your return/exchange with name and order number, for proper the return address and return process. Failure to contact us before you ship your return can delay and/or forfeit your exchange or refund rights. 

 

Swimwear is non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Pre-order items may be exchanged or refunded only after your item has been shipped and received by you. You may not receive a refund or exchange a pre-order item before your item arrives to you.

 

Pairing In-Stock items with Pre-Order items will delay your In-Stock order. Place orders separately for In-Stock Items to prevent a delay.

Sale items and coupon code items are finale sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds may take up to 5 days for us to process once we have received your return. Refunds appearing back into your account will vary according to your bank. 

 

Items can only be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order and item must be returned in new condition. Items returned not in new condition will be returned back to the customer and postage paid by customer.

 

Customer covers all return postage.
